Weather – upstate NY brisk morning in mid-50’s, then warming up to low 70’s. Slight headwind at 5 mph

Today was a ride day you wanted to put in a bottle – bright sunny, low wind and great temps when hammering the pedals! We are into the Adirondack’s!

The colors are coming out in the trees. Looks stunning and camera’s don’t do it justice. The air is crisp and clean. I am thoroughly impressed with upstate NY – don’t ask me to come in winter- I’m not hearty enough for the multiple snow events and temps in single digits!

We stayed at a place inside of the state park, very rustic cabins but also cute. Stunning views of Piseco Lake. Dinner at the Inn was awesome and after we had a campfire by the lake. We were all in bed by 8:00 – ya, this is not the party boat. We all have ailments and fatigue!

Tomorrow we go to Ticonderoga via Lake George – expect a glorious day.
